Dellea.biz Computer Services

Our Service Agreement

  • Scope of Service: We provide remote and mobile on-site support exclusively for Windows PCs in residential and small office environments (up to 10 PCs) within a 20-mile radius of Great Barrington, MA. We do not service Apple/Mac products, Linux systems, mobile devices, enterprise servers, or temporary tourist lodgings. We reserve the right to refuse repairs on outdated hardware. We operate via email-only scheduled block-times. Phone support is by appointment only; unscheduled phone support and 24/7 incident response are out-of-scope. Physical drop-offs and walk-ins are strictly prohibited.

  • Safety, Conduct & Billing: Users must be 18 or older to book services. Respectful conduct is mandatory; violations will trigger immediate termination of service. VIP Support Plans are non-refundable, non-transferable long-term commitments. We may earn affiliate commissions (such as Amazon Associates) at no extra cost to you.

  • Privacy, AI Processing & Compliance: Service data and communications are processed through third-party automated AI triage systems. Clients must not transmit sensitive information (passwords, financial, or health data) via email and assume all risk for unprompted disclosures. Achieving regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, PCI, MA 201 CMR 17.00) and creating internal security programs remain the client’s sole responsibility.

  • Liability & Data Protection: Dellea.biz Computer Services, Arthur Dellea, and our affiliates hold zero liability for pre-existing data loss, diagnostic hardware failures, or lost encryption/BitLocker keys. Clients must maintain independent backups prior to any service. We cannot guarantee success for Microsoft or BitLocker recovery attempts, and we explicitly do not recover third-party accounts (e.g., email, Facebook, Amazon). Total liability for any claim, including cyber incidents, is strictly capped at the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by Massachusetts law with exclusive jurisdiction in Berkshire County, and may be amended at any time without prior notice.
