Scope of Service: Arthur connects directly to your Windows computer's screen over the internet to resolve software issues, eliminate deceptive pop-ups and viruses, speed up slow machines, declutter email, and perform comprehensive general tune-ups without an in-home visit. Support covers clearing browser clutter and hijacked search engines, navigating Windows update errors, configuring Zoom application and privacy permissions, resolving printing and PDF glitches in financial software (such as Quicken or QuickBooks), and conducting scheduled phone consultations. System performance is optimized using built-in utilities like Disk Cleanup while eliminating background update throttling. For security, sessions include bank-requested Microsoft Defender scans, false antivirus renewal notification suppression, and post-breach Windows PC remediation—eradicating malware and enforcing privacy following a cyber incident so financial institutions can safely restore your accounts.

Business/Org/Muni: If you’re not a VIP subscriber and you cannot pre-pay via card online, please opt for On-Site Visits.

System Requirements & Scope Limits: Flat-rate fee of $50.00 for a 90-minute session via online prepayment, or included at no additional charge for VIP subscribers. The computer must be able to power on and connect to the internet. The device must remain plugged into a wall outlet with sleep mode disabled so it stays awake and accessible for Arthur throughout the appointment. Support is exclusive to Windows PCs; systems older than 5 years experiencing severe sluggishness are recommended for complete replacement rather than internal hardware upgrades.
