Includes unboxing and setting up new wireless printers and scanners via Wi-Fi and native Windows discovery without outdated installation discs. To ensure long-term reliability, we recommend full system replacement rather than hardware upgrades for machines over 5 years old, Contact Us for expert pre-purchase buying advice. We help you with configuring external USB drive backups and establishing physical, large-print password logbooks.

In-Person Policies & Preparation: Flat-rate fee of $200.00 for a 360-minute in-person visit, or included at no additional charge for VIP subscribers. Conducted on-site within our 20-mile service radius of Great Barrington, MA, carrying the same requirements for illness-free households, cleared winter driveways, and respectful conduct. When purchasing new equipment, clients must wait until all hardware and peripherals have been delivered before booking.
